For admission to the college must provide:

•  Application for admission;
•  Certificate of secondary education or certificate of completion of 9 classes;
•  State certificate of UNT (if available);
•  6 photos 3×4;
•  ID or birth certificate, IIN (copy);
•  Medical certificate form 086-U and a passport of the child’s health;
•  Medical certificate form 088-U (for people with disabilities of groups I and II and people with disabilities since childhood);
•  X-ray photograph over the past 6 months;
•  Registered certificate (copy);
•  Characteristics from school (for graduates of 9 classes);
•  Copies of the identity card of both parents or guardians;

Copies of diplomas and certificates for the 8th and 9th grade.
